Your venue!

We’ll come to your venue be it your house, your local hall, church, restaurant, club/pub, fete field or whatever!

All that is required is a socket to plug into, and that the room is safe for children.

Areas covered in West Yorkshire include (my home town!) Dewsbury and the surrounding districts, Ossett, Brighouse, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Castleford, Pontefract and Barnsley. We’ve also been as far afield as York and Sheffield, so don’t feel afraid to ask!

Depending on the travel time (as opposed to miles to your venue) we calculate the extra cost to cover time spent traveling and fuel. Generally as a rule of thumb, the first 20mins from the entertainer’s address is included in the fee, and it is roughly £1/mile after that. (We use google maps as a guide for this purpose. WF13 is Joy’s postcode, though other entertainers will be different. Don’t worry though – we’ll work it out on your behalf, but we put this for your benefit.)

This list hasn’t been updated in a long, long while! If you don’t know anywhere local to hire, please feel free to email me and I may be able to tell you of a venue I’ve performed at. However, I really recommend that you book the entertainer first and the venue second! It’s a lot easier to find an alternative venue than it is an alternative entertainer!
