Our minimum call out fee is £135 at any time. Most local 2 hour parties are this price (for under 3o children). We can’t underestimate what good value we are. You’ll appreciate it on the day, but if you want to see Joy blowing her trumpet click here lol!

Other possible costs include:
- fuel/time spent travelling charge (see below)
- £5-£15 for over 30 children (to cover time spent beforehand ballooning as we can only physically manage 30 balloons during tea!)
- £15 extra for joint parties (but is for any amount of children so you don’t have to pay the extra charge above)
- £25 approx per new theme.

We may possibly offer a small discount for parties that are less than 2 hours, however this is at our discretion as travel and set up times remain the same plus we are limited to the number of bookings we can take in a day.

For parties over 2 hours it is £25 per half hour thereafter. Of course the longer your party/event the wider the availability of special offers and incentives – just ask!

Melaballoo starts at just £45 for the first hour and then £10 per half hour or part of thereafter. For 20mins of games with a portable music system included in the hour add £15. She is currently being trained up to do the full shebang in which case for a 2 hour party she is currently v discounted!

Laura of Fab Dab Faces starts at £45 first hour. £10 per half hour or part thereof after - she is the AWESOME! I urge you to book her for the full 2 hours even if you’ve got under 20 children so she can really do her skills justice!

Depending on the travel time (as opposed to miles to your venue) we calculate the extra cost to cover time spent traveling and fuel. Generally as a rule of thumb, the first 20mins from the entertainer’s address is included in the fee, and it is roughly £1/mile after that. (We use google maps as a guide for this purpose. WF13 is Joy’s postcode, though other entertainers will be different. Don’t worry though – we’ll work it out on your behalf, but we put this for your benefit.)

A minimum non-returnable deposit of £25 is required to secure your party but it will probably be in the region of £45. Once booking is confirmed I will send details via email and send a PayPal invoice. You can pay by PayPal using your PayPal account or a debit/credit card if you do not have a PayPal account. Balance is due on the day in cash to the entertainer. Please see terms and conditions for cancellation details.
