Things I need to Know!

Here are a few questions we could do with answers to if you have booked a party with us. You may not have all of them yet, that’s fine. The most important thing for us is to gauge what sort of party your child(ren) would like so we can craft it! You may like to call Joy on 07703 344208 if you prefer. Please cut and paste this text into a new email.

Occasion (eg. Megan’s 5th birthday):

Date and time of party:

How long do you want the entertainer for and do you an idea what format you want it to be? (eg. 1 hour games, half hour tea, 1 hour games):

Twisted balloon for each child? (Comes as part of a 2 hour party)

Fee (if known)

Venue of party:

Contact details (your name, address, mobile, email):

Theme (if you have a preference)/ other special requests:
What are your child’s interests/ likes and dislikes (and his/her name!)?
This is simply to help avoid elements that they would absolutely detest!

Also, what sort of child is s/he – are they really shy/ have special needs we should be aware of etc (we wouldn’t want to put them in an awkward position at any time.)

Please let us know if there are any other guests attending with significant special needs we should be aware of in order to make the entertainment as inclusive as possible.

Is there anything else you would like to be part of the party (eg. photo opportunity, favourite music, games etc.)?

No. of children attending (approx): total -
girls:
boy’s:
approx age range (This is to plan the games and activities suitably):

Siblings attending or any other significant others I should know about:

How many adults will be attending on average?
Can we persuade them to join in with a game or two for the adults? (Tee hee!)
(FYI for peace of mind for everyone, please consider a safe ratio of children:adults, with adults posted in strategic positions – eg. one at the main door, one in charge of food, one by the toilets (if necessary), some helping with games etc.)

Please read our health and safety page and also our terms and conditions.

Thank you!
